US Patent Office
Awards Second Patent to NITV's Founder,
Dr. Charles
Humble for the CVSA®II.
The NITV is pleased to
announce the US Patent Office has awarded our Founder, Dr.
Charles Humble, a second
patent for the CVSAII. US Patent # 7,571,101 for “Quantifying Psychological Stress
Levels Using Voice Patterns” was awarded to Dr.
Humble on August 4, 2009. His first patent, US Patent #
7,321,855, "Method
for Quantifying Psychological Stress Levels Using Voice
Patterns Samples", which patented the groundbreaking
Final Analysis Confirmation Tool
(FACT) scoring algorithm was awarded in 2008. Dr.
Humble’s latest patent revolutionizes the process of
quantifying voice stress analysis patterns of the CVSAII,
and is a quantum leap in technological innovation for the
voice stress analysis industry. This latest patent ensures
the continued dominance of the CVSAII in the voice stress
analysis and truth verification markets, and ensures the
most accurate quantification of CVSAII results, far
surpassing both the polygraph and all other voice stress
analysis technologies.
The award of a second
patent to NITV came as no surprise to the truth verification
industry, as the CVSAII dominates this field with over 1,800
law enforcement agencies, federal agencies and the US
military as clients. The CVSAII is the
only patented forensic truth
verification system and the only system deemed
so unique to the fields of truth verification, algorithm
development and the scientific method of quantification that
it has now been awarded a second
patent by the US Government.
This is another crowning
achievement for our Founder, who has devoted thirty-five
years to the profession of truth verification and who is
directly or indirectly responsible for tens-of-thousands of
criminals being brought to justice and many innocent people
being cleared of wrongdoing. Our congratulations to Dr.
Humble for this lifetime achievement. |
